A 31-date run announced after a countdown

Noah Kahan announced The Last of the Bugs World Tour on Thursday morning, October 29, as an online countdown clock closed, according to Billboard and Variety. Billboard counts 31 dates and describes a stadium run from Athens, Georgia, to Paris. Variety reports stadium shows in North America and Europe across spring and summer 2027, with the tour promoted by Live Nation.

The shape of the schedule is two blocks. The North American leg opens on April 24 at Sanford Stadium in Athens and closes on June 18 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The European leg begins on July 1 in Groningen, Netherlands, and ends with three nights at London's Wembley Stadium from July 23 to 25. Between those bookends sit 19 North American dates and a short European run through Berlin, Milan, Seville and Paris.

The North American route includes a second four-night Fenway stand

Variety lays out the North American cities: Athens, Birmingham, Tampa, Nashville, Charlotte, Norman, Houston, Austin, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Madison, Boston, Columbus, Detroit, Buffalo, Montreal and East Rutherford. Four of those shows are at Fenway Park in Boston, on May 29, 30 and June 1 and 2. Variety describes the run as a repeat of the four-night stand he played at his hometown ballpark this past year, and Billboard reports that the summer run landed him in the Fenway Music Hall of Fame.

The routing is built around stadiums rather than arenas, which is the change from the tour that preceded it. Variety names Sanford Stadium, Raymond James Stadium, Nissan Stadium, Levi's Stadium, Allegiant Stadium, Ohio Stadium and MetLife Stadium among the venues. The two reports do not give capacity figures for the individual shows, and neither names support acts.

Europe runs from Groningen to three Wembley nights

The European leg was partly known before Thursday. Variety reports that the last six dates, including London's Wembley Stadium, Dublin and Glasgow, were the only ones previously announced. The new information is the front half of the European run: July 1 in Groningen at Stadspark, July 2 at Berlin's Waldbühne, July 4 at Milan's I-Days, July 7 at Seville's Plaza de España and July 10 at the Hippodrome ParisLongchamp.

After that come Glasgow's Hampden Park on July 13, two Dublin shows at Aviva Stadium on July 17 and 18, and the three Wembley dates. Variety marks the July 17 Dublin show and the first two Wembley nights as sold out, which means part of the European leg is already closed before the general sale. The reports do not say how many seats each venue holds or whether more European dates will be added.

Presales start Nov. 10 and the general sale is Nov. 12

The ticket timetable is the practical part. Variety reports that North American artist presales begin on November 10 at noon local time and that fans must sign up by November 5 at 11:59 p.m. ET to take part. The general sale for all dates opens on November 12 at noon local time through Kahan's tour page. European presales run through Laylo from November 10 at noon local time, with sign-up closing on November 9 at 5 p.m. local time.

Two details sit under the main dates. Variety reports that the Ticketmaster artist presale needs no code because access is tied to the account, while presales on other sites may require one. The announcement also says Ticketmaster and the tour will use extra checks to block bad actors, including a selfie check and, in rare cases, ID verification through Persona. For Europe, the remaining tickets go on general sale on November 12, the same day as North America.

A MetLife presale for Citi Field ticketholders and a Spotify window

Two limited presales are worth knowing about. Fans who held tickets to the Citi Field show cancelled on July 18 this year get an exclusive presale for the June 18, 2027 MetLife Stadium date, running November 10 from 9 to 11 a.m. ET, per both reports. A Reserved by Spotify presale for North American shows begins November 11 at 9 a.m. local time for eligible U.S. Spotify Premium subscribers, who will be told by email and app notification how to buy up to two tickets through Ticketmaster.

North American tickets also come with transfer rules. Variety reports that Kahan is using the Face Value Exchange, under which tickets bought on Ticketmaster cannot be transferred and can only be resold at face value on that site. The exception is the Buffalo show, because New York law prohibits making tickets nontransferable. That is the mechanism that decides how easy it will be to buy a resale ticket, and it differs from venue to venue only in that one case.

The tour follows a record year, and some details remain unannounced

The announcement leans on momentum. Variety reports that the Great Divide tour's North American leg wrapped at the end of August and included a Rose Bowl show for 65,000 people, and that Kahan became the first artist to headline and sell out four straight nights at Fenway. Billboard notes that he is the only artist to have had two albums in the top 10 of the Billboard 200 for each of the past six weeks: The Great Divide and the five-times-platinum Stick Season. Variety also notes Grammy expectations for The Great Divide, and that the new tour is named after the album's deluxe edition, subtitled The Last of the Bugs.

What is not in either report: ticket prices, support acts, festival appearances, venue capacities or a statement from Kahan about the tour. A reader planning around the dates has the calendar, the presale windows and the resale rules, and nothing yet on cost. The site's music coverage collects the related release files, including the 2026 Billboard Latin Music Awards winners, the October 23 New Music Friday roundup and Warner Music's global sync reorganisation.
